1. No Minors.

By appearing live you are verifying that you have reached the age 18 (19 in Canada) and have submitted all proper documentation and age verification forms to perform on the website. Only individuals who have submitted proper documentation and have been approved to perform may appear on cam.

2. No Prostitution or Sex Trafficking.

It is illegal and strictly prohibited for you to engage in, participate in, assist, support, or facilitate any act of prostitution, sex trafficking of children, or sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. This includes, without limitation, it is prohibited for you to exchange any personal contact information with any user, or for you to take any action to arrange any type of face-to-face meeting with a user. Also, it is prohibited for you to discuss with a user any transaction involving any other service or product, including but not limited to any other Internet based service. Accounts found to be involved in any of these activities will be terminated and payments will be withheld.

3. No Illegal Conduct, Content, or Violation of Obscenity or Minor Laws.

In engaging in a live performance on our website or uploading any Content onto our website, you shall not engage in any illegal conduct or upload any illegal Content. This includes but is not limited to you shall not violate any local community standard of “obscenity.” This also includes but is not limited to you shall not depict or describe while giving a performance any act of a sexual nature involving any minor, bestiality, necrophilia, coprophilia, urine, feces, vomit, blood and does not violate any card association standards. Additionally, Performer shall not depict or describe in any way any activity of any kind involving any person under 18 years of age. This includes but is not limited to Performer shall not engage in any roleplaying or other actions in which any Performer or any user in any way poses as or depicts a person under 18 years of age.

4. No Promotion of Other Sites.

Promotion of any other related websites by you to any user of our website is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to by chat, by text, or by any other means.

5. Not Under Influence of Alcohol or Drugs.

While giving any live performance or taking any other action related to this Agreement, Performer shall not be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drug or controlled substance.

7. No Animals or Firearms on Cam.

While giving any performance, Performer is prohibited from having any animal appear on cam during the performance or from having any firearm or gun of any type appear on cam during the performance.

8. No Fraudulent Activity.

While giving any performance or taking any other action related to this Agreement, Performer shall not engage in any type of fraudulent activity. Fraudulent activity refers to any activity that violates any law, that results in complaints or chargebacks, or that is deemed inappropriate by us.

9. Image Approval.

As discussed above, images submitted to us for Performer’s Bio Page must be approved by us. We reserve the right to approve or reject any image submitted.

10. Performer Accounts.

Your account with us may only include performers who have properly gone through the application process with us by providing the required age verification information and documentation (as discussed above), and who have been approved by us to appear on your account. Other than Performers approved by us to be on your account, you shall not have any other person appear in any of your performances. If you violate these requirements, your account will be closed permanently. If you are no longer using your account, your account must be closed. Inactive accounts will be closed by us after a specific amount of time and cannot be recovered.

11. Non-Competition.

FanAttitude agrees that Performer will be allowed to own and operate a personal website. Provided, that Performer agrees not to solicit customers and/or other Performers through his/her personal website that is or may be in direct or indirect competition with FanAttitude. Performer further agrees not to release any email addresses or web page addresses to anyone without the explicit approval of FanAttitude.

12. Harassment.

FanAttitude does not condone harassment. If you are found to be harassing, bothering, teasing, distracting and/or mocking others (either as a model or a member), your account may be suspended or terminated. Additionally, you may not engage in any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable content. FanAttitude supports all models and wants everyone to succeed. We expect all models to behave maturely and support each other.

13. Account Termination.

If you are no longer using your account, the account must be closed. Inactive accounts will be archived after a specific amount of time and cannot be recovered. FanAttitude performer accounts can be terminated based on performance level or quality. Performers should strive to maintain a reasonable performance level of time in paid chat vs time online.

14. Rule Amendments.

We reserve the right to add to or amend any rule/guideline as it becomes necessary.
